Directions

Adults Only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules daily. Open the capsule and squeeze it into food if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules within a 3-hour period.

Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food. Adults only. Contains 49.63mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Vitamin and mineral supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. This product has been blister sealed for your protection. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
